Hand Shadow Puppet

Objective: Have fun without any toys!

Hand shadow puppets are a real classic fun. Not much equipment needed except a dark space, a source of light (sun , bulb , flashlight etc..) and yourselves!

You can create all sorts of different effects by varying the distance of the light source or the intensity of the light itself.

And I'm sure you can get creative with your little one and make all kinds of animals by changing the position of your hands. A decent looking bird, elephants, goats, dogs and bat will certainly entertain your preschooler. Have fun by making the animal's sounds as well.

You can also cut out some animal pictures from old newspaper and create shadow puppets figures.

Well, this can be a great "guessing" game for any parties or sleepovers!
